Dispatch Time

We strive to dispatch all confirmed orders promptly:

  • Same-Day Delivery:
    All prepaid orders within a 5 km radius of our dispatch center are delivered same day via hyperlocal delivery partners.

  • Other Orders:
    Orders beyond 5 km or non-prepaid orders are ready for pickup by the next business day and shipped via third-party logistics partners such as Shiprocket.

Local Delivery Policy (within 5 km)

For prepaid orders eligible for same-day local hand delivery:

  • You will receive a confirmation call from 📞 +91 91755 38001 to confirm your or a recipient’s availability before dispatch.

  • This is a one-way delivery service. Returns or undelivered items cannot be collected during the same visit.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we will reschedule the delivery, which may cause a delay.

All local deliveries are fulfilled through verified hyperlocal third-party delivery services.

Logistics Partners

All shipping, both local and national, is handled through third-party logistics including but not limited to:

  • Shiprocket

  • Hyperlocal delivery services (for select PIN codes)

TENHEM is not liable for any delays caused by third-party service disruptions, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. No additional charges are levied beyond the product price.

Payment Modes

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Payments: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX), Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Available for orders below ₹10,000, in select areas. COD is not available for same-day local hand deliveries.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days (excluding public holidays).

  • May vary depending on your location and third-party logistics service performance.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via SMS/email once the order is shipped. You can also track your order via our website.

International Shipping

We do not offer standard international shipping. For bulk orders (5+ pieces) outside India, please write to connect@tenhem.com to explore custom shipping solutions.

Duties & Taxes (Bulk International Orders Only)

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

  • TENHEM is not liable for delivery failures due to unpaid duties/taxes. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
